Our property care service grew from Laura's own cleaning company — Sussex Cleaning Company — which has been looking after homes, lettings and businesses across Brighton, Hove, Lewes and the wider Sussex coast since 2019. Every cleaner is employed, trained and managed in-house. No agency staff, no rotating contractors — just consistent, accountable care backed by full public liability and employer's liability insurance.

Every end-of-tenancy clean is run against landlord and agent inventory checks, ensuring deposits come back without dispute. We provide a 72-hour re-clean guarantee — if your letting agent or landlord raises any cleaning issues during the inventory check, we return at no extra cost. It's the standard that built our reputation with agents across Sussex.
